So here's a story all about how my frustration level with Bell Canada has reached it's climax. Monday I decide to go ahead and order a second internet connection from another ISP as a backup and for faster upload speed.

The technician was scheduled for the following day, Tuesday, in the evening to install it. I get a call Tuesday afternoon from Bell informing the technician just came by and couldn't do the work because I wasn't home. I tell them of course I'm not home, because I'm at work, that is why I scheduled to have it done in the evening. They confirmed it was scheduled for the evening.

Totally random chat sessions on IRC (irc.twit.tv) sometimes lead to very unexpected results.

When Did You Backup Last?


I swear I should start to get paid for doing these articles. When was the last time you actually backed up any of your pictures, music, movies, etc., to something more than the device it came from? If you're like most people the answer will be never. Now what are you going to do when the computer that is holding all your important data suddenly crashes? Cross your fingers and hope that a nearby nerd friend can recover it pretty much.
